Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 June 2026
What this covers: These terms apply only to this pre-launch website and the early access waitlist. Q Guardian AI is not yet a live product or service — no app, subscription, or paid offering exists today. Separate terms of service will be published when the actual product launches, and will be reviewed by a lawyer before that happens.

1. Who we are

qguardianai.com / qguardianai.co.uk is operated by Q Guardian AI, a UK-based early-stage venture.

Contact: info@qguardianai.com

2. What this website is

This site exists to explain the Q Guardian AI concept and let interested parents join an early-access waitlist. By submitting your email address, you are asking to be kept informed about Q Guardian AI's development and potential launch — nothing more. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for any product or service, and does not commit you to anything.

3. Information on this site

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, including any statistics we cite (each with its source). However:

  • Content describing Q Guardian AI's planned features reflects our current development plans and may change before launch.
  • Any sample reports, screenshots, or mockups shown are illustrative examples, not live output from a finished product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Nothing on this site constitutes safeguarding, legal, medical, or professional advice. If you have an urgent concern about a child's safety, please contact the relevant authorities or a qualified professional directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any systems connected to it;
  • Submit false or malicious information through our forms;
  • Reproduce, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Q Guardian AI name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by us (or used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without our consent, except for normal browsing and sharing of the public page.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

This website and the information on it are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. As an early-stage, pre-launch site, things may change, and we don't guarantee that any planned feature will ultimately be built or available.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, except where that liability cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

7. Links to other websites

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, sources for statistics we cite). We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and product develop. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
