Delete Your Q Guardian AI Account

You can request deletion of your Q Guardian AI account and associated family data by emailing privacy@qguardianai.com from the email address registered to your Q Guardian account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address registered to your Q Guardian account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

What we delete

We will verify the request and delete the account and associated personal data, including linked child profiles and safeguarding data, except where information must be retained for legal, security or regulatory reasons.

Please note: Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your Q Guardian account or data. Deletion is a separate action and must be requested as described above.
